What is My Athlete Box? And, what's "MAB" stand for?

My Athlete Box is a female fitness subscription box dedicated to motivating women to live a healthier lifestyle. We understand the struggles of balancing a fast-paced work/family life and taking time to care for ourselves. That's where we come in. We deliver you fitness boxes that won't interrupt your lifestyle but rather work alongside your current one and help you get into shape and live a healthy life. Oh, and "MAB" just stands for My Athlete Box. It's the jargon we use around here. 

How does this subscription thing work?

Choose the tier-level box that best fits your goals and interests. Then, you'll be asked to answer a few questions. These help us to tailor your monthly boxes so that you get the best fitting apparel, best tasting snacks, and more! After that, we get a notification, start packing, then finally, send your box to shipping! Easy as pie (low-calorie, of course!).

What are the tier-levels and what do they cost?

We offer three different types of boxes (tier-levels) plus a Sample Pack. The Slim Fit costs $19.99/mth, the Core costs $39.99/mth, and the Badass Box costs $54.99/mth. *All boxes (excluding the Sample Pack) come with free shipping in the U.S.

What is the Sample Pack?

The Sample Pack is a pack that's meant to give you an idea of what comes inside of our three tier-level boxes. The everyday price is absolutely FREE! All you have to do is pay for shipping! Yass! Share your Sample Pack and tag @myathletebox on social media so your friends and family can see that you're making moves!

Can I switch tier-levels?

Sure can. Simply log in to your account and update your plan. Or, you can contact us at support@myathletebox.com.

What can I expect in my box?

Depending on your plan, your box will come packed with apparel, healthy snacks, motivation, beauty products, virtual workouts from our friends at FlexIt Fit, and digital recipes!

I want to send someone a gift. How can I do that?

You can purchase any of our current boxes as a gift and you can even send a special note with them, too! Don't see anything you like? Send us an e-mail at support@myathletebox.com and we'll work with you to customize one!

How do I update my information?

Simply log in to your account to update any of your information. Having trouble? Send us an e-mail to support@myathletebox.com.

I have an issue with my box. HELP! SOS!

We get it. You've been anxiously waiting for this month's box and there's a problem. No worries, shoot us an e-mail at support@myathletebox.com with the description of your problem and your Order #. We'll take care of the rest.

When will my box ship?

Your box will ship between the 4th and 7th of every month.

When is the renewal period?

You will be automatically charged on the 11th of every month.

What's the latest date I can get this month's box?

You have until the last day of the month to subscribe and receive this box.

Where do you ship to?

Globally. International shipping rates vary by country.

What's the Return Policy?

We understand things happen. Whether that's due to a shipping error, a packing error, or a rare product defect. Contact us right away with your Order # and tell us what's going on and we'll get things resolved. :)

Can I cancel at any time?

As much as we don't want to see you go, you're able to cancel at any time. Simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription.
